🚨 HEZBOLLAH ROCKET BARRAGE AND CASUALTIES IN THE NAHARIYA AREA: Hezbollah has fired over 100 rockets at Israel today, in addition to dozens launched toward IDF troops operating in southern Lebanon.
MDA medics and paramedics pronounced the death of a man approximately 30 years old with shrapnel injuries and evacuated 25 casualties to Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya.
The wounded include one man approximately 50 years old in serious condition with shrapnel injuries to the limbs, 13 in light condition with blast and shrapnel injuries, and 11 suffering from anxiety.
The total stands at 26 casualties: one fatality, one serious injury, 13 light injuries, and 11 anxiety cases.
💥 IDF EXPANDS GROUND OPERATIONS AND STRIKES HEZBOLLAH TARGETS: The IDF launched a wave of more than 200 airstrikes on Hezbollah infrastructure in southern Lebanon while advancing additional forces to deepen a buffer zone along the border. The 162nd Division, which began operations in the western sector several days ago, has now joined coordinated ground activity alongside the 91st and 36th Divisions, with the objective of expanding the security zone and strengthening forward defenses to better protect northern Israeli communities.
Prior to troop entry, the IDF carried out extensive airstrikes and artillery fire to neutralize threats. Brigade 226 under the 146th Division eliminated multiple terrorist cells and dismantled dozens of Hezbollah sites, including weapons storage facilities. The 162nd Division has eliminated approximately 20 operatives so far. Additional forces are positioned across sectors: the 146th Division in defensive roles in the west, the 91st and 36th conducting raids in the east, and the 210th operating in the Mount Dov area. The IDF is also preparing to deploy the 98th Division, an elite formation, as part of efforts to solidify the expanded security zone.
Defense Minister Israel Katz stated that Israel intends to maintain control of a security zone in southern Lebanon up to the Litani River until the Hezbollah threat is removed.
❌ IDF ELIMINATES SENIOR HEZBOLLAH ANTI-TANK COMMANDER: The Israeli Air Force eliminated Hassan Mohammad Bashir, a senior Hezbollah commander responsible for anti-tank operations in the Hajir area. According to the IDF, he directed hundreds of anti-tank attacks against Israeli civilians and troops over the past two years and commanded multiple terrorist cells conducting sustained fire toward northern Israel.
In recent months, Bashir had expanded his role north of the Litani River and was involved in training operatives. The IDF says his elimination degrades Hezbollah’s ability to execute further anti-tank attacks.
🪖 NORTHERN COMMAND: OVER 750 HEZBOLLAH OPERATIVES ELIMINATED SINCE ESCALATION: IDF Northern Command head Maj. Gen. Rafi Milo said Israeli forces have eliminated more than 750 Hezbollah operatives since the escalation linked to the war with Iran. He stated that the ground operation has been expanded to widen the security zone and is being carried out under an organized plan to push Hezbollah forces northward while striking key infrastructure.
According to Milo, the IDF continues to conduct deep strikes against Hezbollah’s centers of gravity, applying sustained pressure to degrade the organization’s capabilities and distance the threat from Israeli civilians in the north.
