️ HOME FRONT STATUS UNCHANGED
Following a situational assessment, Home Front Command defensive guidelines remain unchanged and will remain in effect until Monday, April 6, 2026, at 20:00.
殺 OPERATIONS CONTINUE ACROSS MULTIPLE ARENAS: IDF Spokesperson BG Effie Defrin said, “We will not stop until we remove the threat for the long term and push the direct threat away from the communities. That is the objective, and that is what we are operating to achieve. That is exactly why our troops are operating now: on land, in the air, and at sea.”
He also said, “The IDF will not relinquish the objective of disarming the Hezbollah terrorist organization. This is an ongoing objective to which we are committed, and we are continuously working to advance it, just as we did prior to the current operation. Deepening the strikes now, in the current operation, brings us closer to achieving this objective.”
IRAN: STRIKES TARGET MILITARY INDUSTRY AND MISSILE ARRAY: The IDF says operations are continuing against critical Iranian military industry sites and the ballistic missile array.
Targeted eliminations are also being carried out to reduce missile fire toward Israel, while the military says the campaign is strengthening aerial superiority in coordination with U.S. forces under senior military leadership.
LEBANON: IDF HOLDS TERRITORY AND BUILDS FORWARD DEFENSE ZONE: The IDF says it evacuated civilians south of the Litani River and is now holding territory while dismantling Hezbollah infrastructure.
It says forces are establishing a forward defense zone to protect Israeli communities and are working to demilitarize the area, including strikes on key crossings such as Litani bridges to restrict terrorist movement.
NORTHERN COMMAND: EXPANDED OPERATIONS CONTINUE: The IDF says more than 1,000 terrorists have been eliminated and more than 3,500 targets struck in Lebanon.
Ground forces continue locating weapons, neutralizing threats, and degrading Hezbollah capabilities as part of the broader campaign.
DISARMING HEZBOLLAH REMAINS A CENTRAL OBJECTIVE: The military says current operations are designed to advance the ongoing objective of disarming Hezbollah and pushing threats away from Israeli communities.
It also reaffirmed its commitment to protecting residents of northern Israel and said the campaign is intended to fundamentally change the security reality along the border.
️ NATIONWIDE READINESS REMAINS IN PLACE: The IDF says forces remain on high alert nationwide, with defensive and offensive readiness maintained throughout the holiday period.
It added that air defense systems are actively deployed, while warning civilians to continue following Home Front Command instructions because protection is not absolute.
MASNAA CROSSING: IDF ISSUES EVACUATION WARNING AHEAD OF STRIKE: The IDF warned that it intends to strike the Masnaa border crossing between Syria and Lebanon due to Hezbollah’s use of the site for military activity and the smuggling of weapons.
Army spokesman Col. Avichay Adraee called on anyone near the crossing to evacuate, saying, “Remaining in this area puts you at risk.”
❌ GAZA: HAMAS CELL STRUCK NEAR IDF TROOPS: The IDF says it struck an armed Hamas terrorist cell operating adjacent to IDF troops in the northern Gaza Strip after identifying it as an immediate threat.
The military says a hit was identified following the strike, and Southern Command forces remain deployed in accordance with the ceasefire agreement while continuing to act against immediate threats.
