Air defense systems targeted: The IDF released special footage from inside a missile showing Israeli Air Force strikes on Iranian air defense systems.
In precise strikes directed by IDF intelligence, more than 130 Iranian air defense systems were dismantled.
IRGC infrastructure in Tehran struck: The Israeli Air Force completed a day of intensive strikes on additional key infrastructure in Iran.
Among the targets were a central IRGC site in Tehran used by armed forces responsible for suppressing Iran’s civilian population, key infrastructure at IRGC headquarters in Tehran, and key infrastructure at the IRGC Air Force headquarters in Tehran.
Missile infrastructure and production sites hit: The IDF also struck ballistic missile storage and launch sites intended for attacks against the State of Israel.
A central site for the production of defense systems was targeted at the same time.
Petrochemical facilities targeted: The IDF struck an additional petrochemical compound in Shiraz, identified as one of the last remaining sites producing critical chemical components for explosives and other materials used in ballistic missile development.
The military said the facility produced nitric acid for Iran’s armed forces, a substance necessary for manufacturing explosives and additional materials used in ballistic missile development processes.
Broader military degradation effort: According to the IDF, the strike further damaged the regime’s military capabilities, with emphasis on weapons production that relied on components from the facility.
The compound was described as one of the few remaining complexes of its kind after earlier strikes on Iran’s largest petrochemical facility in Asaluyeh, the petrochemical compound in Mahshahr, and additional plants in southern Iran over the weekend.
Active missile array site struck: The Israeli Air Force also struck a large ballistic missile array site in northwestern Iran.
According to the IDF, dozens of missiles had previously been launched from the site toward Israel, and the strike was carried out while missile array operatives and commanders were working there to advance and carry out terror activities against the State of Israel and additional countries.
