ISRAEL PREPARING FOR POSSIBLE RENEWED STRIKES ON IRAN: Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to hold a limited situation assessment call later today after reports that Israel is awaiting a US green light to resume attacks. A senior Israeli official said preparations are underway to secure approval from the Trump administration for renewed airstrikes.
殺 DEFENSE MINISTER KATZ SAYS ISRAEL IS READY: Defense Minister Israel Katz said, “Israel is prepared for the renewal of war against Iran. The IDF is ready both defensively and offensively, and the targets are marked.”
➡️ KATZ OUTLINES THE STATED OBJECTIVES: Katz said Israel is awaiting a green light from the United States “first and foremost to complete the elimination of the Khamenei dynasty and return Iran to the age of darkness and stone.” He said the targets include Iranian energy and electricity facilities, along with other national economic infrastructure.

It is lying on the ropes — its leaders are hiding in tunnels, struggling to communicate and make decisions; its skies are wide open, and all its national infrastructure and strategic facilities are exposed to attacks — yet it declares itself victorious.”
➡️ KATZ WARNS OF A DIFFERENT PHASE OF ATTACK: “This time, the attack will be different and deadly, adding devastating blows in the most painful places — continuing the immense hits already suffered by the Iranian terror regime — blows that will shake and collapse its foundations.”
US MILITARY PRESENCE IN THE REGION EXPANDS: CENTCOM announced that the USS George H.W. Bush carrier strike group has arrived in its area of responsibility.
️ HOME FRONT GUIDELINES REMAIN UNCHANGED: The IDF said that following the situational assessment, Home Front Command defensive guidelines remain unchanged and in effect until Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 20:00.
AIR DEFENSE ACTIVITY REPORTED OVER TEHRAN: Mehr News Agency said air defense systems were activated to engage “hostile targets” over Tehran. Israeli officials denied any Israeli involvement in the events.
