⚠️ Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir requested a security meeting to discuss striking buildings in Beirut following Hezbollah’s drone attacks. According to the Israeli Broadcasting Authority, Zamir said Israel does not currently have full independence of action in Lebanon due to U.S. restrictions. Zamir reportedly called last night in the small cabinet to strike buildings in Beirut.

❗️ Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said: “For every explosive drone, ten buildings in Beirut should be brought down. This week I approved a budget of about two billion shekels for technological solutions to the drone threat. Among other things, the money will allow civilian bodies to propose out-of-the-box solutions and ideas.”

❗️ MK Avigdor Liberman warned: “It’s only a matter of time before those explosive drones hit Tel Aviv and Jerusalem as well — I suggest we come to our senses and decisively defeat Hezbollah.”

🛡️ Hezbollah launched multiple drones toward IDF soldiers and Israeli territory throughout the day. UAV impacts and drone falls were identified in Metula, Shomera, southern Lebanon, and additional areas near the Israel-Lebanon border. No injuries were reported.

The IDF said several suspicious aerial targets were identified following hostile aircraft infiltration sirens in northern Israel, including in Metula, Hanita, and Shomera. In several cases, contact with the targets was lost before the incidents concluded.

According to an initial IDF inquiry, the UAV that fell earlier in Metula was launched by Hezbollah and was not an explosive drone as initially reported. The IDF said two additional UAVs were most likely launched in the same incident. One fell near the border, and another fell in the area where IDF soldiers are operating in southern Lebanon.

💥 The Israeli Air Force intercepted a rocket launched by Hezbollah toward Israeli territory. In a further incident, an explosive drone fell in Israeli territory near the Israel-Lebanon border. No injuries were reported.

⚠️ Ahead of a powerful strike on Hezbollah targets in Tyre and the surrounding area in southern Lebanon, the IDF issued an evacuation order. A wave of Israeli attacks on Tyre and the region is underway.
