️ *IDF TARGETS TERROR INCITEMENT IN JUDEA AND SAMARIA AND WARNS HAMAS*

❌ Memorial demolitions and arrests in Judea and Samaria: Three years after the October 7 massacre, the IDF launched a large-scale overnight operation to demolish dozens of memorials glorifying terrorism across Judea and Samaria. The military said the destruction of monuments and signs inciting terrorism followed an established procedure and formed part of its effort to combat incitement.
In Biddu on Wednesday, IDF and Border Police forces from the Binyamin Brigade and Yahalom Unit demolished the home where the terrorist responsible for the September 21 attack near Neve Tzuf had lived. Netanel Shukron, of blessed memory, was murdered in that attack, according to the IDF.
Alongside the demolition, the IDF, Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet), Judea and Samaria Border Police and Shai District forces conducted brigade-level operations across the region. Forces raided terrorist targets, focusing on wanted individuals involved in incitement. The IDF said dozens of those targeted had expressed support for the October 7 massacre. Operations included arrests, questioning and weapons searches, with Hamas-affiliated wanted individuals among those arrested.
In a notice to residents, the IDF stated: “The security forces will not allow incitement to terrorism or the glorification and praise of terrorists. Anyone who glorifies terrorism or supports it will be arrested on charges of incitement, and any memorial erected to honor terrorists will be demolished. Terrorism has brought, and will bring, nothing but destruction and devastation, just as Hamas has brought devastation upon the Gaza Strip for years.”
Minister Bezalel Smotrich and MK Zvi Sukkot welcomed the move: “The State of Israel is uprooting the infrastructure of incitement to terrorism.”
The IDF said security forces would continue proactive and offensive action to thwart terrorism throughout Judea and Samaria and pursue the full force of the law against terrorists seeking to harm Israeli citizens and security personnel.
⚠️ Southern Command chief warns Hamas: At a ceremony commemorating October 7 in the Eshkol Regional Council, Southern Command chief Maj. Gen. Yaniv Asor said: “I would like to use this sacred platform to send an unequivocal warning to Hamas: Any attempt to attack IDF soldiers or residents of the Negev will be met with a sharp and powerful response from us.”
️ Interceptor launched toward a false target in Lebanon: An interceptor was launched a short while ago toward a false target identified in the area where IDF soldiers are operating in southern Lebanon. No sirens were sounded, in accordance with protocol.
