Nukhba terrorists and anti-tank commander eliminated: Over the past 24 hours, the IDF carried out aerial strikes against Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorists in Gaza. Earlier today, it struck a gathering of Hamas Nukhba terrorists in Gaza City, eliminating several members of Hamas’ military wing, including Muad Mazen Hamza Hassouna and Muhammad Riyad Khader Arahim.
In another strike earlier today, the IDF eliminated Muhammad Walid Saadi Nakhala, commander of the anti-tank array in Islamic Jihad’s military wing, in the Tuffah area of northern Gaza.
Earlier Hamas and Islamic Jihad eliminations: On Wednesday, the IDF and Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) eliminated Muhammad Abu Shalouf, a company commander in Islamic Jihad’s military wing, in Khan Yunis. He infiltrated Israeli territory during the October 7 massacre.
On Thursday, IDF aerial strikes eliminated three terrorists: Hassam Walid Hassan Abu Al-Ata, a commander in Islamic Jihad’s military-wing rocket unit, and Magdi Moein Yousef Al-Ayoubi, a member of the same military wing, both in Gaza City; and Muhammad Aja, a company commander in Hamas’ military wing, in the Al-Furqan area.
In another aerial strike yesterday, the IDF and Shin Bet eliminated Musa Atef Musa Abu Dan, a Hamas Nukhba terrorist, in Khan Yunis.
The IDF said the terrorists targeted in these Gaza operations had recently advanced attacks against its troops and worked to restore their organizations’ capabilities, systematically violating the ceasefire agreement. The strikes were intended to remove the threats they posed.
Four weapons storage facilities dismantled: On Thursday, the IDF and Shin Bet conducted targeted strikes in several areas across Gaza, dismantling four weapons storage facilities belonging to Hamas and Islamic Jihad.
The facilities contained dozens of weapons of various types, including rockets, explosive devices, mortars, Kalashnikov rifles and additional combat equipment.
The IDF and Shin Bet said they would continue operating to degrade the terrorist organizations’ capabilities and thwart attempts to restore them or stockpile weapons intended to harm IDF troops.
✈️ Iran-directed terrorist targeted on Syria-Lebanon border: Earlier on Friday, the IDF conducted a precise aerial strike targeting Syrian terrorist Yusuf Ali Al-Hassoun on the Syria-Lebanon border.
According to the IDF, Al-Hassoun operated under the Iranian regime’s direction and advanced terrorist attacks against Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers operating in southern Syria. Over the past year, he planned and advanced attacks against those soldiers that were thwarted, including launches of explosive drones and rockets toward them.
The IDF said it would continue operating to eliminate immediate threats on all fronts.
️ Interception results under review in southern Lebanon: A short while ago, an interceptor was launched toward a suspicious aerial target identified in an area where IDF soldiers are operating in southern Lebanon. The interception results are under review.
