President Trump said: “I think you are going to have a tremendous victory. You are the man I want by my side, Bibi. You are  a great warrior, and we will prove that. We will prove that very soon”.

️ Channel 14 and News 13 show contrasting coalition arithmetic: Two national polls published Monday evening, October 19, eight days before the October 27 election, project sharply different outcomes. Channel 14 gives Netanyahu’s bloc a governing majority of 62 seats, against 45 for the non-Arab opposition and 13 for Arab parties.

News 13 puts Netanyahu’s bloc at 50, the non-Arab opposition at 51, Arab parties at 15 and Hendel-Zelekha separately at four. The largest disagreements concern Likud’s strength and whether Ofer Winter and Hendel-Zelekha cross the electoral threshold.

 News 13 projects Eisenkot ahead of Likud: Eisenkot/Yashar receives 20 seats, Likud 18, Bennett/Together 14, the Democrats and Joint List nine each, and Yisrael Beiteinu eight. Otzma Yehudit, Shas, United Torah Judaism and Religious Zionism–Zehut receive seven each; Ra’am receives six, while Winter and Hendel-Zelekha receive four each.

Compared with October 14, Bennett rises from 12 to 14, while Eisenkot and Likud remain unchanged. Religious Zionism–Zehut gains one seat, while Otzma Yehudit and United Torah Judaism each lose one. Netanyahu’s bloc falls from 51 to 50, and the non-Arab opposition rises from 50 to 51.

Bennett’s recovery narrows his gap with Likud from six seats to four. Winter and Hendel-Zelekha remain unchanged.

Eisenkot leads Netanyahu 46%–38% on suitability for prime minister. The survey included 1,016 respondents, reported a sampling error of ±3.1 percentage points and was conducted before Benny Gantz announced his withdrawal from the election.

 Channel 14 projects Likud at 30 seats: Eisenkot/Yashar receives 19 seats. Bennett/Together, the Democrats and Shas receive 10 each; United Torah Judaism and the Joint List receive eight each; Otzma Yehudit and Religious Zionism–Zehut receive seven each; Yisrael Beiteinu receives six and Ra’am five. Winter and Hendel-Zelekha remain below the threshold.

Compared with October 18, Likud rises from 29 to 30 and Netanyahu’s bloc strengthens from 61 to 62. Eisenkot falls from 22 to 19, following a two-seat gain in the previous survey. Bennett remains at 10, while the Democrats rise from eight to 10.

The non-Arab opposition falls from 46 to 45, with Arab parties unchanged at 13. Likud’s lead over Bennett widens from 19 seats to 20, and its lead over Eisenkot expands from seven to 11.

Netanyahu’s suitability lead over Eisenkot widens from 51%–49% to 54%–46%. NEXT DATA conducted the survey on October 19 among 454 respondents.
